Tile colour, shade and texture

 

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images and descriptions of the products on our website or printed material are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours or the printing of printed material accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary from those images.

We recommend asking for a physical tile to show you the true colour, shade and texture.

 

It is your responsibility to check receipt of a complete and satisfactory order before making arrangements for tiles to be fitted. We shall not be liable for any costs of removal or re-installation of goods once fitted or otherwise installed.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

A 20% handling charge will be made and if the items have been purchased via our website and have been delivered direct you will be responsible to arrange 

To be eligible for a return the following must be adhered to.

Returned in full boxes within 30 days with proof of purchase.

Returned in full boxes only

Items are in a re-saleable condition in the original packaging

Packaging is undamaged and unused

 

We cannot offer a refund on the following items

Loose tiles 

Discontinued or special offer tiles

Special offer items

Adhesive and grouts 

 Damaged goods

 

When you receive your delivery, please inspect your items thoroughly before signing the documentation. In the  event that your goods are damaged or faulty please email us at sales@tileworldcornwall.co.uk. All damaged or faulty goods must be reported with 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

we will happily arrange to get the correct items to you as soon as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@tileworldcornwall.co.uk  and send your item to:

To return your product, you should mail your product to sales@tileworldcornwall.co.uk

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
